We were introduced to Ramez from Hi Tech Collision in Long Beach when our VW van was in a wreck. We agreed to have it towed there while we “argued” with the insurance company. We eventually had it towed to California Westys in El Cajon who did a fantastic job restoring it back to its original condition. However, we were so impressed with Ramez that we have referred several friends to him who have had excellent experiences. We have had an “opportunity” to bring yet another car to him and have received the same excellent service. So my point in all of this is – if you ever need and body work done – Hi Tech Collision is where you need to go
I had a great experience here! I worked primarily with Ramez, and he was always accessible, and made sure I was up-to-date on what was going on with my car. Came here to get my 2009 bmw 135i worked on, had been to many places before and mechanics would shy away from the work because it was too complicated or difficult. Ferland worked on my car for a day and figured out the problem with ease. These guys do great quality work and got my car fixed up in less than a day when other mechanics said it would take a few days . They do great work on foreign vehicles as well as American. Very clean shop with lots of mechanics on hand. Also there prices cant really be beat, I was quoted almost 2 times what I was charged at hitech
